Toy Fair 2019 has just wrapped up and I got to see some of the neat toys, collectibles and items for kids that your kid needs. Truth be told a few of my friends are having kids and I’m swept up in baby fever so I took a hard look of marrying my love of geek culture with something I would get for a newborn or a growing kid. So with that in mind I wanted to reach out beyond the normal action figure brouhaha and share some stuff for the little ones.
Infants/Toddlers
From Kids Embrace comes a line of Booster car seats featuring some of your kids favorite superheroes and cartoon characters. It was so cool seeing they have a Black Panther car seat as I was trying to figure out what to get that would tie into my friends baby shower theme of Black Panther.
The baby might not be able to sit in this for a while but when he does he’ll get to ride in style. Beside the booster car seats Kids Embrace also has a line of walkers, backless seat boosters and 4-in one strollers.
Bumkins has a assortment of different bibs and snack trays featuring everyone from Nintendo’s Mario, Winnie the Pooh, Legend of Zelda, and DC superheroes that make feeding your kid fun for both of you.
Ambosstoys brought to the show this year there first product, Primo. Their idea is to convert the design of classic vehicles into metal toys as a way to strike back against the unsustainable usage of plastics in toys. The Primo, which means first in Italian, is modeled after Italian scooters. Its a solidly made ride on situated on 3 wheels, there are no peddles so your kids will have to get in some leg day exercise.
