If you haven’t heard of Brandon Easton, understand that his resume is deep, his geek cred is without question, and whenever he speaks he brings the wisdom and intelligence to back it up. So it’s great news that he will be part of the team working on Agent Carter in it’s second season!
The official announcement from Disney ABC Creative Talent Development:
“Congratulations to current Disney-ABC Program Writer Brandon Easton on getting staffed on Marvel’s AGENT CARTER on ABC! Brandon, a former public school teacher who once taught in the Bronx and Harlem, is also an acclaimed graphic novelist who was nominated for the prestigious Eisner Award, the comic book industry’s highest honor. Congrats Brandon and tune in to AGENT CARTER when it returns for its second season on ABC!”
Easton has also worked on the Eisner Nominated Watson & Holmes, Glyph Award Winning Shadowlaw, 2011’s Thundercats, Armarauders, and more. Most recently he has written and directed the documentary, Brave New Souls: Black Sci-Fi and Fantasy Writers of the 21st Century.
Agent Carter is arguably one of Marvel’s best television shows to date and season two can’t get here fast enough!
