WonderCon Anaheim 2013 Cosplay Round Up Part 1

WonderCon Anaheim 2013 Cosplay Round Up Part 1

WonderCon returned to the Anaheim Convention Center the last weekend of March, and boy has that show grown since last year! The size and scale seems immense in comparison, and the number of badge sellouts that occurred support it. I wouldn’t be surprised if 3-day passes and all single day passes are sold out before the show starts next year. This year was full of cool people, though, and I was lucky enough to take pictures of the cosplayers and get some interviews with Dark Horse and DC writers. This first set will focus on the great cosplay seen throughout the con.

The first cosplayers I saw!
X-Men power couple!
There's always a lighthouse. There's always a man. There's always a city.
Red. Red. Red. Check out that helmet!
That armor is all leather.
It's Bleeding Cool's Will Romine.
If you aren't watching Gravity Falls, you should give it a try. It's great.
Great Guy.
Poison is kind of a Tootsie cosplay nowadays.
Disneyland is just across the street from the Convention Center, so some of the Haunted Mansion crew decided to stop by.
I couldn't get the picture he posed for where he shook so it looked like he was vibrating. That's a great Flash cosplayer, willing to blur himself for the cool effect.
I want this Back to the Future story.
I love renditions of the 60s Batman Show version of Batgirl.
My favorite member of the Bat-family.

That will wrap up our first set of cosplay photos; I have quite a few of these and I still haven’t even brought up the interviews. Come back next time for more of WonderCon Anaheim 2013!

That “Great Guy” is actually none other than DC artist, Ethan Van Sciver!

Also, tell me you saw the BADASS Cable walking around. That dude smoked it!
