All-New X-Men #24 (Marvel)
Arnab: The Shi’Ar Empire, space bullies.
Infinite Speech: Can’t wait until the final issue of this trial! Looks like it’s about to hit the fan!
Jeff: I’m still not sure why Gladiator is pursuing Jean like this. But the end of this issue made for some interesting directions for the story.
NickZ: Can Cyclops and Jean just get together already? Dammit Jean, just love him!
Avengers Undercover #1 (Marvel)
Jeff: Right where Arena left off without missing a beat. Loved this issue!
NickZ: Great follow up to Avengers Arena. I can’t wait to see where Hopeless leads us with this one.
Batgirl #29 (DC)
Arnab: Andrew Bennett!
Martin: 3.5/5 stars. Simone’s work on Batgirl has been so strong that even a decent issue like this end to the Silver arc seems just OK

Batman #29 (DC)
Arnab: The Riddler is playing Batman like a fiddle.
Dr. Bustos: Things just went from bad to worse for Gotham.
Jeff: The scheduling on this book has really hurt. I need to read the whole story again.
Jeff Lake: What Snyder and Capullo are doing here is flat out epic. This is big comic book thinking done right.
Martin: The first 3 pages, a flashback to Bruce’s past, are worth the price alone. The bonus is that it’s an oversized issue.
NickZ: Snyder, Capullo, Miki, & Fco make another comic book masterpiece. This one played out like an epic movie, especially the ending. All the feels!
Batman Li’l Gotham #12 (DC)
Arnab: I am so sad that this is over.
NickZ: They brought back the CONDIMENT KING! And how precious was it when Alfred pulled out the family album for Damian.
Black Widow #4 (Marvel)
Dr. Bustos: I had no idea how much I wanted Black Widow vs. Team Fortress 2’s Heavy.
Jeff: Phil Noto has really stepped up his game on this series. This is the most beautiful book on the shelves right now.
Captain Marvel #1 (Marvel)
Dr. Bustos: I’m not usually into DC or Marvel space stories but this may change my mind.
Infinite Speech: More sci-fi stories are great but when did Rhodey and Carol start hooking up?
Jeff: Nope. This isn’t for me.
Crow: Pestilence #1 (IDW)
Infinite Speech: This is going to end very painfully for the bad guys. Painfully indeed.
Deadpool #25 (Marvel)
NickZ: Deadpool and Crossbones have one of the funniest fights I’ve ever seen and the entire airport bit had me rolling.
Deadworld: Restoration #4 (IDW)
Infinite Speech: Deadworld has been kicking ass for over 20yrs and continues to be one of the best zombie titles on the shelves!
Fantastic Four #2 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: Didn’t see that coming but then again, neither did Reed. Let the guilt begin.

Arnab: There is literally nothing wrong with this book. It is amazing.
Jeff Lake: It’s impossible to summarize this book so I’ll just say, read it and be amazed.
Hawkeye #17 (Marvel)
Dr. Bustos: I was not expecting a winter holiday TV special but I love dogs and winter holidays so I’m for it.
NickZ: This issue was ridiculous, and not in a good way. Can we please get back to that Hawkguy already?

Dr. Bustos: How bad can this plan end up?
NickZ: Invincible has some of the most crazy story lines but they are awesome. Mark makes some bad decisions that you just know are going to bite him in the ass later.
Justice League of America #13 (DC)
Martin: 3/5 stars. Love having more Stargirl characterization, but enough already with “it was only a dream?” stuff.
NickZ: So what the hell is going on? None of the last few issues actually happened? Or it did? I don’t know and really I don’t care anymore.
Mighty Avengers #8 (Marvel)
Dr. Bustos: I wish we’d gotten 50 years of Blue Marvel stories for real.
Infinite Speech: I’m hoping Schiti stays on as artist for this title because now the characters don’t seem like emotionless drones.
Nightwing #29 (DC)
Arnab: One of the best issues in the entire series tbh, and a great end to Higgins’ run.
Martin: 4.5/5 stars. Easily could have served as the ending of the series. Great internal dialogue, strong art, & touching moments.
NickZ: This was a great issue to end Nightwing’s story on as he reevaluates his life while helping a girl facing a similar origin. I think the actual final issue will deal with the fallout of Forever Evil.
The Powerpuff Girls #7 (IDW)
NickZ: The girls are overwhelmed when Townsville is chosen as the spot for the 1st annual Monster Day celebration!
The Returning #1 (BOOM!)
Jeff Lake: A decent debut, but one that doesn’t leave you gasping for more. Bottom of the pile for me.
Revelations #3 (BOOM!)
Jeff: The plot thickens and continues to draw me in.
Royals: Masters of War #2 (DC)
Martin: 4/5 stars. Lots of great character development as the war moves beyond Britain’s shores. Awesome story & art.
Smallville Alien #4 (DC)
NickZ: Superman and Lex Luthor battle a Monitor, while Batman and Nightwing face his Bat/Joker doppleganger all leading up to a big Crisis. The Smallville universe > The New 52 Universe.
Secret Avengers #1 (Marvel)
Jeff: Seems they are going for Agents of SHIELD meets Hawkeye here. It’s a good time to drop the book.

Infinite Speech: Spawn just painted an even bigger target on his back in another great issue from Kudranski & McFarlane.
The Star Wars #6 (Dark Horse)
Infinite Speech: Seeing this original version on the big screen would be pretty damn cool!
Jeff: Wookies! Neat to see what Lucas would have done with them instead of the Ewoks.
NickZ: Things look bleak for our heroes as they are forced to crash land on a planet, but maybe some Wookiees are just what they need to turn things around!

NickZ: This evil Superboy is just making everyone look like idiots, especially the Titans.

NickZ: This book is out Hawkguy-ing Hawkeye at the moment. It’s too good/funny.
Superior Spider-Man #29 (Marvel)
Dr. Bustos: Goblins, Spider-Men, and robots, this has all sorts of stuff I like.
Infinite Speech: Dan Slott just proved me wrong! lol Bravo!
Jeff: So…Norman Osborn is the Green Goblin? Or not? I couldn’t tell.
NickZ: Lesson of the year, DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE GREEN GOBLIN!
Superman Wonder Woman #6 (DC)
Martin: Soule & Daniel have created the perfect blend of these 2 iconic characters as equal heroic partners.
NickZ: I was never a fan of the Superman/ Wonder Woman relationship until this issue. The lengths they go to in order to defeat Zod and Faora are unreal.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #32 (IDW)
Arnab: Together again, together forever! This book is everything you didn’t know you wanted.
Infinite Speech: Ross Campbell is a visual storytelling BEAST! You should be reading this title so your eyes will kiss your face in appreciation!
Jeff: The team is all back together and kicked total ass! Loving this book!
Jeff Lake: A solid conclusion to the Northhampton arc; now let’s get these Turtles back in the city!

NickZ: Can Wolverine stop being a baby about his healing factor being gone? It’s not even like this is the first time that this has happened. At least I can be distracted from his crying by Stegman’s pretty drawings.
X #11 (Dark Horse)
Infinite Speech: X just keeps delivering over the top action and story issue after issue!
X-Men Legacy #300 (Marvel)
Jeff: An interesting idea that was horribly displayed.
NickZ: This was a great little quirky story that kinda reflected on the “Legacy’ run of this book, but for the 300th issue of the book launched by Chris Claremont and Jim Lee, I expected something greater.
X-Force #2 (Marvel)
Arnab: Bring back Cable and the X-Force and get rid of this book.
Infinite Speech: I stopped reading after the new mutant was introduced as “Meme”. I watered a plant instead.
NickZ: Definite improvement over the first issue, but still not good.
