Decapitateddan: The Littlest Zombie RULES!! This X-Mas series is the best around. I look forward to it every year! 4.5/5

Afterlife with Archie #3 (Archie Comics)
Decapitateddan: This is seriously one of the best Horror Comics on the shelves today. Perfect Story & Art! 5/5

anxmAll-New X-Men #21 (Marvel)
Arnab: I’m just waiting for young Scott and Laura to get together, because I ship that.
Jeff:
Despite the Brent Anderson comeback, this issue went nowhere.

Amazing X-Men #3 (Marvel)
Jeff: Aaron & McGuinness are creating what feels like a classic X-Men story in all the right ways.

Archer & Armstrong #17 (Valiant)
Jeff: Khari Evans’ work just doesn’t quite hit all the notes for me.

Astro City #8 (DC)
Martin: Parallels here with Steve Trevor’s visit to Themyscira in old Wonder Woman comics. Great story & art.

Bad Blood #1 (Dark Horse)
Decapitateddan: I really liked Crook’s art on this one. The story wasn’t what I expected, and I really enjoyed it. Great start! 4/5

Black Dynamite #1 (IDW)
Infinite Speech: Brian Ash and Ron Wimberly do Black Dynamite justice in this first issue! Can you dig it?!

Crossed Badlands #44 (Avatar Press)

Forever Evil: Rogues Rebellion #4 (DC)
Arnab: Anyone else find this to be better than the actual Forever Evil story?
Martin:
1 of my fave Forever Evil tie-ins. Good mix of humor, action, & character development.

Ghost Cop #2 (Antarctic Press)
Decapitateddan: Whoa! I did not see that ending coming!!! Sooo cool, I can not wait to see what happens next!!!!!! 4.5/5

Imagine Agents #4 (BOOM!)
Jeff: A satisfying conclusion to an “imaginative” mini-series.

Justice League 3000 #2 (DC)
Martin: Interesting look at futuristic clones of the JL w/out the backgrounds that made them who they are.

Justice League of America #11 (DC)
Martin: I feel like this was the exact same story as last month’s issue, focusing on Stargirl & Martian Manhunter.

kiss 5Kiss Me Satan #5 (Dark Horse)
Decapitateddan: Gischler & Ferreyra, it was AGHH-Mazing from start to finish! Loved this mini series, LOVED IT! Horror comics at their finest! 5/5
Jeff: If nothing else, I would love to see Juan Ferrerya’s art in the future. His work is beautiful!

Lenore Vol. 2 #9 (Titan Comics)
Decapitateddan: WARNING THIS ISSUE CONTAINS HILARIOUS BEAR ABUSE! I wish this came out weekly, this book is so funny and so good. Dirge is one talented mofo. 5/5

Miracleman #1 (Marvel)
Jeff: Marvel would do well to just reintroduce Miracleman into the regular universe, instead of starting with reprints of the classic stuff which basically prove that MM is Captain Marvel/Shazam.
Martin: A bit uneven going from Silver Age to Alan Moore circa 1982 to interviews, but it’s a great piece of comic history

notld 1Night of the Living Deadpool #1 (Marvel)
Arnab:
Deadpool, check. Zombies, check. Awesome, check.
Decapitateddan: Never been a big Deadpool fan, but I liked how this started. Hope Bunn can keep the story exciting, without too many bad jokes. 4/5

Nova #12 (Marvel)
Jeff: I admit, I read this late at night, but the story felt very jilted, as if I had missed an issue.

Rachel Rising #22 (Abstract Studio)
Decapitateddan: THIS IS THE BEST COMIC IN PRINT! Terry Moore is a comic genius on all levels!!! LOVE IT! 5/5

Rat Queens #4 (Image)

Jeff Lake: Freaking Gary…this book just keeps getting better and better. Irreverent and hilarious.

Rover Red Charlie #2 (Avatar Press)
Decapitateddan: Hands down, this is a winner. Beware of A chihuahua massacre though. Very well written and drawn. I need more! 4.5/5

Secret Avengers #14 (Marvel)
Jeff: I’m confused. Who is Mockingbird?

Stitched #18 (Avatar Press)
Decapitateddan: Wolfer and Heinz deliver one hell of a GORE-Geous comic. This book is too damn good to miss. I can not wait to see what’s next! Read it! 5/5

Jeff: I was hoping this was how Peter would reemerge! Well done, Slott and Ramos!

The Other Dead #4 (IDW)

Thunderbolts #20 (Marvel)

Jeff Lake: Johnny Blaze on the Thunderbolts? Hell yes.

Uncanny X-Force #16 (Marvel)
Jeff: I’m completely reminded why I dropped this book ages ago.

Uncanny X-Men #16 (Marvel)
Arnab: Magneto needs a bit of therapy. Maybe that’s why he never killed Xavier.
Jeff:
This is a great introduction to the upcoming Magneto on-going. But when did Blob get fat again after M-Day?

Unity #3 (Valiant)

Jeff Lake: I am blown away by this series. THIS is how you handle a crossover. Take note, Big Two.

Velvet #3 (Image)

Jeff Lake: Velvet makes James Bond look like Mr. Bean. Brubaker and Epting are in perfect sync right now.
