Another year and another WonderCon. This time things were shaken up as the convention moved from Anaheim, its home of the last few years, to Los Angeles while renovations were occurring. They’ll be returning to Anaheim next year but while it was in L.A. it was a pretty good time. Lots of great cosplay and art on display. Let’s get to the pictures!
First thing seen at the convention is the Ecto-1 from the new Ghostbusters film. Dedicated fans can work so fast.
Was glad to see that there was way more Gravity Falls cosplay. Was worried that after the showed ended we would see much since LBCC had so little by comparison.
DC returned to WonderCon with Superman ready to burn down that Bat-signal. All made of Lego.
Conventions are great for families. It’s a good idea to wear similar garb so it’s easy to find each other.
Fights can break out at cons, hopefully they can get handled quickly.
He’s grimacing at a Rocket Raccoon.
Things were busy but never too crowded for it too feel uncomfortable. You could find some nice quiet places to get away from the crowds and that’s always nice.
There you have it! WonderCon has come and gone yet again and we’ll see it again next year at the newly renovated Anaheim Convention Center. Thanks to Los Angeles for housing all the fans and chaos of this show. See you next time!
