The rivalry between these two runs deep as longtime comic fans know so hopefully it translates well to the screen.

There’s more story revealed as we see how Danny has been trying to keep the peace and deal with the responsibility of the power he’s wielding. There’s also a shot of a deceased Iron Fist that could be one of the legacy characters to carry the title from the comics. However, if you were hoping for a good look at Alice Eve as Typhoid Mary then you’ll have to wait until the season premiers on Netflix.

Once again we also get more of Misty Knight and Colleen Wing and whenever these two are onscreen together it just reinforces the fact that we need a Daughters of the Dragon series.

Here’s hoping that the second season is better received than the first and from the looks of the trailer it seems as if things are on the right track! Iron Fist Season 2 debuts September 7 on Netflix.

Infinite Speech
infinitespeech@comicattack.net

New ‘Iron Fist’ Season 2 Trailer Gets Bloody!

InfiniteSpeech

Infinite Speech

Marvel

News

Previews

T.V.

Alice Eve

banner

Colleen Wing

Danny Rand

Davos

Finn Jones

Iron Fist

Jessica Henwick

Misty Knight

Netflix

Sacha Dhawan

Simone Missick

Steel Serpent

Typhoid Mary

Marvel and Netflix have released a trailer for the second season of Iron Fist! With the first teaser being less than exciting this new one brings a bit more tension to the viewers. We see Danny having flashes of his time at Ku’n Lun while walking the streets of NY with Colleen. The scenes show a fight between him and Davos that gets bloody real fast and even shows hints what will eventually become his costume. Though these do look a bit corny we have to remember that this isn’t the official Iron Fist costume for the show. Hopefully we’ll get to see him in his official costume by the end of this new season.

With fans slowly warming up the character of Danny Rand after a better showing in Defenders and his brief team-up with Luke Cage in that show’s second season here’s hoping we get something better than season one of Iron Fist.

Infinite Speech
infinitespeech@comicattack.net

The Queen of Harlem Takes The Spotlight in New Trailer For ‘Luke Cage’!

InfiniteSpeech

Infinite Speech

Marvel

Previews

T.V.

Alfre Woodard

banner

Bushmaster

Gabrielle Dennis

John McIvar

Luke Cage

Mike Colter

Misty Knight

Mustafa Shakir

Serpent Society

Simone Missick

Tilda Johnson

The latest trailer for season 2 of Luke Cage is here and puts the spotlight squarely on Harlem’s Queen, Mariah Dillard played by the incredible Alfre Woodard. She’s amassed more power since we last saw her and is poised to take over Harlem. Unfortunately Cage seems to be caught in the middle of a crime war as he carries the weight of being Harlem’s protector. Another character that is introduced is Tilda Johnson aka Nightshade to those longtime comic fans or those that know her through David Walker’s Nighthawk series. As the Fugees’ ‘Ready or Not’ begins to play we find out Tilda is Mariah’s daughter but we’ll have to wait and see what other changes to the character have been made.

It’s evident that Bushmaster is going to be a problem for everybody and with Luke having to choose sides this just adds to mountain of pressure that’s been heaped on him. And if you’ve been paying attention Bushmaster is the third member of the Serpent Society to show up in Luke Cage. So maybe showrunner, Cheo Coker is on to something! But we’ll have to wait for June 22nd to see how this season plays out!

Official Synopsis:
“After clearing his name, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) has become a celebrity on the streets of Harlem with a reputation as bulletproof as his skin. But being so well known has only increased the pressure he feels to protect the community. With the rise of a formidable new foe, Luke is forced to confront the fine line that separates a hero from a villain.”

[divider]

Infinite Speech
infinitespeech@comicattack.net

Marvel’s ‘Luke Cage’ Teaser Trailer From SDCC 2016!

InfiniteSpeech

Comic Con News

Comic Cons

Infinite Speech

Marvel

Previews

San Diego Comic Con

T.V.

Alfre Woodard

Finn Jones

Iron Fist

Luke Cage

Mike Coulter

Misty Knight

Netflix

Rosario Dawson

Simone Missick

Backed by Old Dirty Bastard’s Shimmy Shimmy Ya, Luke Cage shows off why he’s not to be taken lightly in this teaser trailer for Marvel’s next Netflix series!
