With the release date quickly approaching many wondered if we’d be getting another trailer for Star Trek Beyond. Well the wait is over as Paramount released a brand new look at the upcoming film during the Los Angeles Star Trek Fan Event! Along with the trailer is a new poster for the film.
The trailer is much more character driven than the previous one and delivers some nice action along the way. We’re even treated to a much better look at Idris Elba’s villain character in the film.
For the lucky people attending San Diego Comic-Con you will have the chance to see the movie early on July 20th before it hits theaters on the 22nd! And take a look at the poster for the film as well!
This is the special limited edition poster which is a homage to 1979’s Star Trek The Motion Picture original poster.
