Not only does New York Comic Con host the awesome talent of the comic industry, it’s also the place where cosplayers from all around the world gather and show off their talents! It’s amazing how they become celebrities themselves as they’re stopped every few steps for picture and interview opportunities. The costumes range from the known to the unknown to the awesome original pieces that just wow the crowds. Some of the detail that goes into these costumes is enough to make you wonder why some of these men and women aren’t designing this stuff for movies and television. Then there are others who take the less detailed approach but still make it fun and worth a look. And let’s be honest, NO con would be complete without a few cosplayers to brighten up the day! So, the third time’s the charm as we’re here to pay tribute to some of the great costumes that we ran into while walking the con floor (click the images to enlarge):
