Disney XD is already host to several Marvel animated shows and on September 26th you can tune in to watch Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy! To prepare you for such a cool event Marvel has given us Guardians of the Galaxy: Origins! These will be several origin teasers that will spotlight the crew of the Milano. If you were lucky you caught the first of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Origins teaser clips on Entertainment Tonight that featured a young Star-Lord soon after his abduction that takes place in the film.
This full clip takes place several minutes before that one as a newly captured Peter Quill attempts to escape Yondu and his Ravagers!
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy will feature the voice talents of Will Friedle as Star-Lord, Kevin Michael Richardson as Groot, Trevor Devall as Rocket Raccoon,Vanessa Marshall as Gamora, David Sobolov as Drax the Destroyer, while James Arnold Taylor pulls double duty as both Yondu and Cosmo!
So with Avengers Assemble, Ultimate Spider-Man, and Hulk Agents of S.M.A.S.H. it looks as if Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy rounds out the core of the big screen movies and characters we’ve been seeing on the big screen. But let’s all take a minute to remind ourselves that Guardians of the Galaxy have a cartoon and the X-Men don’t! Time are a changin’ and it’s pretty cool if you ask me!
