Arnab: I stayed away from that crossover, which was so unimportant I can’t even remember the name, but I’m back and glad, because Marjorie Liu is great when she’s allowed to be. A
Jeff: If Marjorie Liu can continue to focus on the relationships in this book, this book will be great. I loved the return of Iceman’s ex-girlfriends!
NickZ: This was my favorite issue since Marjorie Liu has started writing this book! MORE of this! PLEASE!

Jeff: Apex is shaping up to be one of the coolest new villains in the Marvel Universe.

Avenging Spider-Man #20 (Marvel)
Jeff: Spidey + Secret Avengers = pretty cool.
NickZ: This totally had the feel of the Avengers movie! Yost is brilliant. I love it!

Arnab: Why didn’t any of the cops say, “Hey man, why are you walking around with your benefactor’s DNA? Not cool.” A-
Dr. Bustos: The Batman Beyond suit showing up was worth the price of admission. A

NickZ: The Bruce and Alfred moments in this issue were just too much feels! The World’s Finest back up was great too, James Tynion IV is quickly become one of my favorite new writers.

Arnab: I’m still waiting on the reasoning for why Bruce when to Frankenstein instead of a Lazarus Pit. A-
NickZ: Is it strange to anyone else that Bruce and Jason have a better relationship than Bruce and Tim in the new 52verse?

Infinite Speech: It reads like a zero issue but a solid one from Adrian Younge and Ghostface Killah! Wu-Tang clan ain’t nothin’ to $#@% with!
Uncanny Avengers #8 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: It took a while but I’m really excited about this title now!
Jeff: Thor and Sunfire get some panel-time together. I never thought I’d enjoy that idea as much as I did.
NickZ: This book is getting pretty crazy! I love all this Apocalypse crap.
Uncanny X-Force #4 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: If there’s one person liking this book I’d like to meet him/her and ask “why?”.
Jeff: This book is terrible. Humphries has no focus on the plot.
NickZ: I am really loving this book and I think I’m the only one.

Jeff: I like the “team” that Wolverine takes Fury to see. Didn’t blow my socks off, but this book is steady.
NickZ: Another boring Wolverine story. I swear he is the Superman of Marvel.
