Adventures of Superman #8 (DC)
NickZ: A touching tale of Superman finding Krypton only to lose if again, for the first time.
Artifacts #33 (Top Cow)
Infinite Speech: These guys won the Top Cow Talent Hunt for a reason so check out this issue to find out why!
Batman the Dark Knight #26 (DC)
Arnab: Not bad.
NickZ: They were trying to do something with this issue but failed. I have no words
Catwoman #26 (DC)
NickZ: Too many people fighting over the sewers. Why does Catwoman even care?
Damian: Son of Batman #3 (DC)
Arnab: A future without Dick Grayson is no future for me.
Martin: I’m a sucker for alternate futures, & this story delivers. Yeah it’s not typical Damian but who cares?
NickZ: Probably one of the most depressing futures that has been imagined for the bat family.
The Flash #26 (DC)
Arnab: I found this to be a nice fun read.
Martin: This pains me, as Flash was my fave title w/ Manapul/ Buccellato. This stand-alone story adds nothing to the character.
Forever Evil: A.R.G.U.S. #3 (DC)
Martin: Tons going on here but almost all of it is really well done. My fave Forever Evil “side story.”
Guardians of the Galaxy #10 (Marvel)
Arnab: Wicked fun with fabulous art.
Infinite Speech: Kinda makes me want a Gamora/Angela mini series!
Jeff: DC really screwed the pooch when they let Kevin Macguire walk. This book looks incredible!’
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe #9 (DC)
Infinite Speech: Story and art are back on track and it’s good to see King Randor in the thick of it!
Justice League Dark #26 (DC)
Martin: The Blight storyline continues, but as an adversary, he’s still just kind of “blah.” But… Sea King!
New Avengers #13 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: That was a lot to take in just for more bad news. Must really suck being in the Illuminati.
Revelations #1 (BOOM!)
Jeff: If you like “DaVinci Code” type mystery, and Humberto Ramos’ dynamic art, then you should pick this up!
Savage Wolverine #13 (Marvel)
Jeff: I’m so glad Tyger Tiger called Wolverine on his hypocrisy. The guy kills wolves and bears every other day, but whines like a bitch about elephants and rhinos.
NickZ: Wolverine can talk with animals and ghost animals and what?
The Superior Foes of Spider-Man #7 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: This little series is not to be slept on!
NickZ: We get a glimpse into what it’s like to be raised by Tombstone. It’s equally dark and hilarious.
Superman Unchained #5 (DC)
Martin: OK story w/ some interesting looks at Clark’s “human” side, plus great Dustin Nguyen flashback scenes.
NickZ: There is a lot going on in this issue but Snyder is able to make it all fit together seamlessly.
The Star Wars #0 (Dark Horse)
Jeff: A great handbook-style intro to this really cool first draft of our beloved space opera.
Talon #14 (DC)
Martin: Another arc comes to an end, with an interesting set-up for the final few issues. Batman also makes an appearance.
NickZ: Calvin’s war with the Court of Owls finally reaches it’s conclusion and a new path is set before him.
Teen Titans #26 (DC)
Arnab: One of the better issues to come out of this series in ages.
NickZ: At long last we find out Kid Flashes origin and it, like this book, is a hot mess.
The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys #6 (Dark Horse)
NickZ: Killjoys comes to it’s end in a series that has been a pretty fun ride, even if it was confusing at times.
X-Men #8 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: When Typhoid Mary can successfully break into the X Mansion and escape it’s time to update security or switch Editors.
