With the Joker free, inciting unrest among the inmates, Batman faces a riot from a cadre of Gotham City’s most wanted: killers and psychopaths who are screaming for vengeance and out for blood. Paint Job: If I could rate every category, I would give this figure a 10/10. Seriously. Take a look. The pictures hardly do her justice. DC Direct really outdid themselves with their line of Arkham Asylum action figures based on the popular video game. Every detail has been successfully captured in incredible likeness. Every figure in this line is worth owning.
Harley Quinn’s paint job is very well done, but surprisingly is not the strongest point on the figure. The colors are all indicative of her character and stay true to the video game’s design, but they’re a little on the drab side. Not that it’s a bad thing: any brighter and her costume would look cheesy and unlike her design in the game.
Another plus is that the paint job has no bleeding. No bleeding and no irregular lines on a figure with very bright whites and dark purples is pretty unlikely. The fact that none of the rich colors intertwine with the whites is impressive, as it is very hard to accomplish.
Sculpt: The sculpt is by far the best part of this figure. The finely detailed hair, the elaborately decorated boots and corset, seriously: What’s not to like? The blouse looks properly puffed up while the skirt looks saucily draped. Harley Quinn’s face is also just as detailed and fantastic. There are really no words to elicit the success DC Direct has accomplished with this sculpt. Near perfection.
Durability: She’s plastic and is able to stand on her own. She’ll last.
Poseability: Surprisingly, this figure features a high number of points of articulation that lends itself to many fun poses. She’s able to bend her arms and legs any which way, and even turn her head. You can place her weapons nicely into her palms without too much force, and they’ll stay. Very well done.
Accessories: Harley Quinn comes with two of her signature weapons and a strong, sturdy black base. The little Warden’s tag attached to her shirt also counts, I believe – and it’s very cute. That’s all this figure needs, really. Anything else and it’d just be overkill at this point.
What’s Awesome: EVERYTHING. I haven’t been more impressed by a DC Direct figure in a long time. They are known for their quality, but this figure supersedes pretty much all others. It’s almost as if they designed the character in the game based off this design.
What Sucks: Not a lot. I’ve been trying to come up with a solid criticism, but am falling short. The base she stands on could be a little more exciting, though. That’d be a nice touch. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Overall: If you didn’t already catch my drift, I am very pleased with the outcome of this figure. She gets a highly deserved 5/5. I don’t personally own any of the other figures in the line, but I’m sure they would all receive the same amount of glowing praise.

AMAZING!
This figure is selling very well at my store. No surprise, considering your review!
She looks great! I got to see her last week but that price is pretty steep though. My LCS sells the line for $18.99 each. The only ones I really want are Batman, Joker, and Harley.
Crazy cool!
