With the recent announcement of Mileena, Rain, and John Rambo coming to Mortal Kombat 11 via the second Kombat Pack we get our first look at Rain in action! Since the game was announced Rain’s fanbase has been waiting to see if the deadly water wielder would be added to the game. So after seeing several other fighters (some questionable) added to the game their patience has been rewarded as Rain is finally here! The new trailer pits Rain against his adversary, Kotal Kahn, before showing off his combos, special moves, and a fatality.

Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios today revealed a new Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate gameplay trailer showcasing the return of the Edenian demigod, Rain. As the son of the god Argus, Edenia’s divine Protector, Rain wields a magical power allowing him to harness water and lightning, open dimensional rifts to a previously unknown water realm and even liquefy himself to avoid attacks. He is also equipped with a deadly katar to slash and stab opponents as he fights for his place in Edenia’s pantheon. Rain joins the roster as a new playable fighter on Nov. 17 as part of Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate and Kombat Pack 2.

Motal Kombat 11 Ultimate arrives on November 17 and is packed with the original game, both Kombat Packs, and the Mortal Kombat: Aftermath story expansion for $60. Alternatively you can just purchase Kombat Pack 2 which includes Mileena, Rain, and Rambo will be $15.
