13 Coins #1 (Titan)
Infinite Speech: Took off fast but left some of the story behind. It’s still worth checking out.
All-New X-Factor #15 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: So Warlock can pretty much end the Red Skull’s influence in Axis…but NO ONE and I mean NO ONE want’s to address this?
NickZ: In the midst of Red Onslaught, the gang keeps Washington DC safer, while preventing the start of World War III, and for their troubles they get a nice treat (not).
The Amazing Spider-Man #8 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: Nice team up issue w/ Ms. Marvel that ends w/ some great Spider-Verse action!
NickZ: Ms. Marvel and Spidey have a fun team-up, while Dan Slott traumatizes us with another Edge of Spider-Verse back-up story.
Amazing X-Men #12 (Marvel)
NickZ: The X-Men discover that in order to fight a god they must become gods.
Arkham Manor #1 (DC)
NickZ: Bruce Wayne is poor? Wayne Manor is the new Arkham? This looks like an interesting new development.
Avengers #37 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: Hickman is making Time Runs Out a great mini event!
Avengers X-Men Axis #3 (Marvel)
Arnab: The rest of the mutants realize just how bad the Avengers really are, finally. #teamcyclops #cyclopswasright
Infinite Speech: Liked it until I read X-Factor. See Chirp for All New X-Factor.
NickZ: Is Axis becoming Avengers vs X-Men 2? At least the X-Men have FINALLY realized the Cyclops was RIGHT! Also, Dr. Doom is a bad ass.
Axis Hobgoblin #1 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: Took way too long to set up for the so/so payoff at the end.
NickZ: Hobby uses his new found “world saving hero” status to cash in but the new Goblin King has some issues with that.
Batman Eternal #29 (DC)
Arnab: I do not like this Arkham story.
Martin: 3/5 stars. Jumping to a plot point that’s been ignored the past few issues. Serves mainly as an intro to Arkham Manor.
NickZ: I’m left with the same question as Batman, “The police, the streets, the asylum, the nano-swarm in the Narrows. But how did he do all this?”
Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 10 #8 (Dark Horse)
NickZ: The gang fights a Davy Jones looking demon, Spike give Buffy a long over due apology, and Andrew uses the new rules of magic to attempt to resurrect 2 old favorites!
Butterfly #2 (Archaia)
Infinite Speech: This title does the spy genre proud
Catwoman #35 (DC)
NickZ: In the wake of Batman Eternal, Catwoman begins her new role as head of the crime families of Gotham! Awesome new direction, awesome new Selina.
Colder: The Bad Seed #1 (Dark Horse)
Infinite Speech: Glad this series is back to creep me the hell out!
Cyclops #6 (Marvel)
Arnab: This story was ruined by the art.
NickZ: The art in this was pretty terrible and Layman isn’t off to a great start following Rucka.
Deadpool #36 (Marvel)
NickZ: Pretty much tells Deadpool’s perspective of the events of Axis and he achieves his version of a Bingo.
Death of Wolverine the Logan Legacy #2 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: Not too bad as Laura needs some time away to process Logan’s death.
NickZ: A major let down from the first issue and the art was awful.
Deathstroke #1 (DC)
Infinite Speech: First series gets cancelled and to make things different he gets a new body? At least the art was great.
Earth 2 World’s End #3 (DC)
Martin: 3.5/5 stars. There’s a bit too much focus on the “new” Supes & Bats and not enough on GL, Flash, Hawkgirl, & Fate.
The Flash #35 (DC)
Arnab: Spoiler alert. Wally dies, again.
Infinite Speech: In true fashion Wally shows up just long enough to die…kinda…it’s all weird with time travel.
Martin: 4/5 stars. Booth’s art is the star here, even though some panels are a bit confusing. And a “Back to the Future” reference FTW!
Goners #1 (Image)
Martin: 4/5 stars. A promising start to a new horror book that changes many standard trappings to focus on family & non-standard horrors.
Harley Quinn #11 (DC)
Infinite Speech: I just know I’m going to have a good time whenever I open up this comic!
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe #18 (DC)
Infinite Speech: This is the He-Man we deserved years ago!
Lazarus #12 (Image)
Martin: 4/5 stars. Top quality art as always & a fun change of setting – a gala ball among all the Families, with a focus on the Lazari
Multiversity – The Just #1 (DC)
Infinite Speech: I liked this take on another alternate reality dealing w/ the Multiversity problems.
Martin: 4.5/5 stars. Absolutely stunning & theme-appropriate artwork back a story about ennui among teen “heroes.”
New 52 Futures End #25 (DC)
Martin: 3.5/5 stars. A decent issue, but really nothing much happens. I’m intrigued by where SHADE/Stormwatch end up, though
New Warriors #11 (Marvel)
NickZ: I can’t believe there is only one more issue of this book. Marvel should cancel X-Force instead.
Oddly Normal #2 (Image)
Infinite Speech: This is anther great title I’ll point to when I hear there’s nothing for young readers in comics!
NickZ: Oddly enters the world of Fignation as Frampton keeps this issue just as delightful as the first.
Predator: Fire and Stone #1 (Dark Horse)
Infinite Speech: You won’t like the prey but you’ll love the Predator!
Rot & Ruin #2 (IDW)
Infinite Speech: I think they were safer in the room with the zombie babies.
Samurai Jack #13 (IDW)
Infinite Speech: Zub gets the slow 80s clap for what he’s done with this series!
Secret Origins #6 (DC)
NickZ: Picked up this comic for the Azzarello Wonder Woman origin story, but enjoyed the Sinestro and Deadman tales as well.
Super Secret Crisis War Cow and Chicken #1 (IDW)
NickZ: Cow and Chicken being ridiculous as per usual.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles / Ghostbusters #1 (IDW)
Infinite Speech: Didn’t know how this would come together but it’s pretty solid so far so give it a look!
The Walking Dead #133 (Image)
Arnab: Those people are freaks.
NickZ: These new “living” walkers have to go! As this series goes on, people seem to be getting more and more deranged.
The Wicked + The Divine #5 (Image)
NickZ: This issue was INSANE! I’m going to need the extra month to recover before the next arc begins. If you haven’t read this series pick up the trade next month!
X-Force #11
NickZ: The ending is pretty shocking and the rest of the book sucked.

Axis isn’t holding my attention the way I thought it would and I agree with you, Martin, about Flash. The art was great but it was very distracting and confusing at times because of all that blue lighting from future Flash.
