Artifacts #17 (Top Cow)
Infinite Speech: Sejic makes The Darkness look effin’ great!

Avenging Spider-Man #7 (Marvel)
NickZ: I don’t read a lot of She-Hulk but is she always such a b*#%$?

Batgirl #9 (DC)
Arnab: Fantastic issue. For once, I actually felt bad for the Talon. Doesn’t mean I rooted for her, but I did feel bad. A-
NickZ:
From the talon’s back story to the Owl Signal, a great story from start to finish!

Batman #9 (DC)
Arnab: Two Words: F* Yeah! This is the book that other books look up to. This is the book that makes other book hide in shame. A
Dr. Bustos:
Batman fights regenerating super-assassins while he wears a mech-suit, yes please. A
Infinite Speech:
Why is it that several pages of back up story were a lot more interesting than the main plot?
NickZ:
Bruce is a bad ass! “Night Of The Owls” is looking to be one of the top 5 best Batman stories ever.

Batman and Robin #9 (DC)
Arnab: Damian gets to show off all of his kick-ass moves. And then he gets to unleash his full fury. A-
NickZ:
Robin can be pretty rad when he’s not being a spoiled little jerk.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer Season 9 #9 (Dark Horse)
NickZ: Looks like a Buffy vs. Buffy showdown is eminent!

Deadpool #54 (Marvel)
Arnab: Hail Bob! Ha! I just realized what that sounds like. But still, I love Bob. Deadpool, not dead, yet. But me oh my, does this change everything. A (p.s. ya’ll be trippin’, he looks nothing like Ryan Reynolds.)
NickZ:
He may not be dead but big changes for Deadpool happen in this issue! Also, a possible nod to Ryan Reynolds?

Fatale #5 (Image)
Dr. Bustos: End of the first story arc and there are still plenty of mysteries to deal with. A

Frankenstein: Agent of S.H.A.D.E. #9 (DC)
Dr. Bustos: Frankenstein crosses over with Animal Man and ends up fighting undead animals. A

Invincible #91 (Image)
Dr. Bustos: Dinosaurus is quickly becoming my favorite character, I still want to know what the Viltrumites are trying to hide. B
NickZ: Another great issue with another draw dropping ending!

Journey Into Mystery #637 (Marvel)
Jeff: The only way I’d be interested in the Asgardians is if they lived in San Francisco as regular people, so I kinda like this.
NickZ: Besides Loki, and the reference to “Adventures In Babysitting”, this was so boring.

Legion Lost #9 (DC)
Arnab: This crossover event is absolutely fantastic. The action, the story, the intrigue, all of it is great. A
NickZ:
“The Culling” is turning out to be a pretty great little story.

Morning Glories #18 (Image)
Jeff: I need to know what’s going on. Right now.

The New Avengers #26 (Marvel)
NickZ: Never been a huge Iron Fist fan but this story is pretty great.
Infinite Speech: Looks like the Phoenix force has a thing for redheads.

Scarlet Spider #5 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: A filler issue. Nothing more. Nothing less.
NickZ: Scarlet Spider is the best, worst hero EVER! Yost is doing great stuff here, but I miss Ryan Stegman’s art.

Skull Kickers #14 (Image)
NickZ: A great Baldy flashback tale with cool reveals. This book is pure fun.

Superboy #9 (DC)
Arnab: In light of recent events, I am hereby starting the fans for Tim and Conner, DC’s first power gay couple, online petition. A
NickZ:
I hope Superboy finally joins the Titans after “The Culling” is over.

The Tick: Invincible #100 (New England Comics)
NickZ: This book was fantastic! It’s everything I could want in aick/Invincible team up! Too hilarious! SPOON!

Uncanny X-Force #26 (Marvel)
Arnab: And then there was three. I don’t like Nightcrawler. I can barely stand Wolverine. I hate Fantomex. I’m glad Betsy’s gone. In the words of Chris Traeger: I, literally, only read this for Deadpool. B+
Infinite Speech: If everyone keeps quitting the team it’ll just be titled “Uncanny Wolverine”.
Jeff: X-Force Disassembled? Oh yes, definitely.
NickZ: What is going on in this book? Are we about to get a whole new team?

The Walking Dead #97 (Image)
Arnab: If there was any doubt that death was lurking around #99’s door, that run in with the crazies erased all of it. A
Dr. Bustos:
Like Andrea, I’m starting to enjoy this optimism, even if it’s not to last. B+
Jeff: Ok, things are heating up. This book recaptured something it’s been missing for a while.
NickZ: With only 3 issues until 100, I have a feeling shits about to get real dark, real soon. Expect tears.

Wolverine #306 (Marvel)
Jeff: Plop Wolverine in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre and that’s what this book is.
NickZ: Creepy rednecks take on Wolverine…hmm..OK.

Wolverine & the X-Men #10 (Marvel)
Arnab: This was probably my favorite issue of the series. A-
Dr. Bustos:
War is coming and everyone has to choose sides, sad revelations in this one. A
Infinite Speech: A couple of sell outs leave the team but the most interesting this is how Genesis looks w/o a shirt. Weird.
Jeff: Why on earth didn’t they get Chris Bachalo to draw AvX? It would’ve been so much better.
NickZ: I loved Iceman in this issue. Everything he said about Jean Grey and Scott Summers was spot on!

X-Men: Legacy #266 (Marvel)
Arnab: So either the Avengers will let any crazy psychopath on their team or they’ve now resorted to attacking children. Oh how they must be so proud of themselves. A-
Infinite Speech: Frenzy draws the line and Moon Knight got knocked. The eff. OUT!
Jeff: All of this juggling of AvX stuff…I’m starting to get confused.
NickZ: Even with Iron Man, these X-Men should be able to handle these Avengers easily.
