Thanos Imperative: Ignition #1
Publisher: Marvel
Writer(s): Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning
Artist: Brad Walker (cover by Aleksi Briclot)

**Spoiler Warning**

What do you get when you put a raccoon, a nihilist, and a tear in the fabric of reality together? Well, read this issue and find out! All kidding aside, this was a fantastic first issue for this upcoming series. We saw Thanos, being held captive by the Guardians of the Galaxy, and Moondragon along with Drax trying to convince the rest of the team that he should be killed immediately. While that argument is taking place, we also see Nova chasing the “evil” Quasar impostor from The Fault. Believe me when I say that nothing will prepare you for the vastness of this book. The Inhumans, Blastarr, Quasar, the Guardians, Thanos, Nova, Adam Magus, and someone thought to be long dead, make this book the read of the month! If you are not a cosmic reader, you’ll be totally lost, but I also think it wouldn’t take too much effort to catch up either. Please, if you dare call yourself a comic book fan, you’ll pick up this thrill ride brought to you by the best in the cosmic business (yeah, better than Johns), Abnett and Lanning. This book is a cannot miss on every level. Period.   5/5
