4001 A.D. #2 (Valiant)
Infinite Speech: When you arrive in a giant robot and then it gets eaten you just know things are going bad!

A-Force #6 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: If you’re not reading A-Force you are missing out on some fun!

All-New, All-Different Avengers #10 (Marvel)
Infinite Speech: The hype was bigger than what we get in this series. At least it looks good.

All-New Wolverine #9 (Marvel)civil war 1
NickZ: This was a very cute, fun story with an interesting revelation at the end.

Batman Beyond #13 (DC)
NickZ: It was cool the way they interweaved Tim and Terry’s stories and then paid it off on the last page.

Batman Rebirth #1 (DC)
Arnab: Dude. That Mikel Janin though.
Infinite Speech: Batman says he’s trying something new but all I see is shades of Batman Inc.
Martin: 4/5 stars. It’s going to be hard to let go of Snyder’s and Capullo’s Batman, but this looks promising as a new start.
NickZ: Bruce is back and more crazy than ever!

Civil War II #1 (Marvel)
Arnab: It’s a mad, mad world when I’m leaning towards team Iron Man.
Infinite Speech: Decent first issue but the two character deaths hit hard because of Dave Marquez’s art.
NickZ: This felt very contrived, but more importantly, I’m pissed that I am siding with Iron Man.

Dark Horse Day Sampler #1 (Dark Horse)
NickZ: If you didn’t pick up the Dark Horse Day Sampler, you missed out on some good Aliens vs Predator, Sin City, Umbrella Academy, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer stories!

Deadly Class #21 (Image)
NickZ: WHAT THE ACTUAL F*#$!?! I am an emotional wreck! I can’t even process this! The most shocking comic book of 2016!

Deadpool #13 (Marvel)paper girls 6
NickZ: Deadpool! Daredevil! Iron Fist! Power Man! What more can you ask from this massive oversized issue?

Doctor Fate #13 (DC)
Martin: 4/5 stars. I honestly thought this title was over with issue #12, so it’s nice to see a team-up between Khalid & Kent.

Dusu #4 ( Stranger)
Infinite Speech: So glad I checked out this mini series. Hopefully we’ll see more of this world again and soon!

The Goddamned #4 (Image)
NickZ: They do not play around in this book! Cain is one crazy, badass mofo!

Green Arrow: Rebirth #1 (DC)
Arnab: In the best way possible, it’s like we’ve gone back in time. The Ollie and Dinah chemistry was great.
Infinite Speech: A solid issue but didn’t blow me away like everyone was saying it would.
Martin: 4/5 stars. Of all 4 Rebirth “characters” this week, Ollie seems to undergo the biggest change, & it’s a welcome one.

Green Lanterns: Rebirth #1 (DC)
Martin: 3.5/5 stars. There’s a lot to try to accomplish here with 2 “rookie” Lanterns & a set-up for the future story arc

Invincible Iron Man #10 (Marvel)superman 1
Infinite Speech: Sooooo no real consequences here since we see the real danger is in Civil War II.

Moon Knight #3 (Marvel)
NickZ: This book is straight up nuts! I don’t know what is real and what isn’t but it doesn’t even matter!

Paper Girls #6 (Image)
NickZ: The best time traveling tale since Back to the Future!

Power Lines #3 (Image)
Infinite Speech: Robinson doesn’t pull any punches with this story and we find out exactly how everyone is connected here!

Predator: Life and Death #4 (Dark Horse)
Infinite Speech: I was upset the outcome was ruined for me in solicits but still a solid issue.

Revisionist #1 (AfterShock)
Infinite Speech: Time travel that’s fun and not confusing!

Rough Riders #3 (AfterShock)
Infinite Speech: You want new and groundbreaking then pick up Rough Riders! And does anyone else read Teddy Roosevelt in Robin Williams’ voice?

Superman: Coming of the Supermen #5 (DC)
Martin: 3/5 stars. The artwork is fun in a goofy Silver Age way, but I sometimes feel like pages of dialogue got skipped.

walking dead 155Superman Rebirth #1 (DC)
Martin: 4/5 stars. One of my fave of this week’s 4 Rebirth titles, which continues to weave together pre-&-post New 52 Supermen.
NickZ: I haven’t read Superman in ages but I really liked this new/old Superman. Happy to have him back!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Bebop & Rocksteady Destroy Everything #1 (IDW)
Infinite Speech: More time travel insanity with Renet but hopefully we get less Turtles next issue & more Beebop & Rocksteady.

The Walking Dead #155 (Image)
Arnab: Can you imagine Alpha and Negan having a hate child? Next ruler of the world, but like in a bad bad way.
NickZ: Alpha and Negan are a match made in hell. Michonne should have killed Beta when she had the chance.

The Woods #23 (Boom!)
NickZ: Everyone has turned into a god damn hero! These kids have come so far and you love them for it!

X-Men’92 #4 (Marvel)
NickZ: Beast really nailed Storm on her hypocritical ways. I hate when I agree with the Beast!
