While a lot occurs in this issue, it somehow manages to end up feeling like a filler issue. Bluebird, aka Harper Row, manages to outmaneuver the Madhatter and rescue missing children, as well as Batgirl, Red Robin, and Red Hood. Unfortunately, what made this all irrelevant was that much like all the other villains in this series, Madhatter was working for someone, though who that person is, still remains unknown. When the series began and the teens initially went missing, this story line seemed like an important one. However, it ended up being yet another distraction, that didn’t even work because Batman barely spent any time working this case. 3.5/5

Damian Wayne is alive! Back from his premature death, and with a couple new powers, Damian is as eager as eve to fight crime and dish out the punishment. Unfortunately, for Batman, these new powers of Damian’s are a bit more problematic than they are helpful. The return of Damian is honestly one of the better character death reversals in recent history. For one, Damian shouldn’t have died to begin with. And two, the road to his return was done remarkably well. If this issue is an indication of what is to come for this series, then expect more great things. Damian’s anguish, his semi confrontation with Aquaman, and his rescuing of his siblings was done wonderfully. This book is back on track now that a Robin is back home. 4.5/5
