With Meggan- sure she hasn’t displayed the full range of her powers recently, but what she managed to accomplish in Hell alongside her battling of Dracula, I’d say she has earned her spot here.

Korvus is one of my favorite new characters and Megan just can’t get a break can she? I actually figured her powers would be too unstable to be ranked this high though was a bit of a beast in the firs excalibur series
